EXCHANGE POLICY:

STORE PICK UP ORDERS:  No refunds will be issued. If sizing is incorrect, you may exchange for another size.  If size is not available, store credit will be issued.  All orders must be picked up with 3 days of being tagged in the pick up list and returned with 2 days in order to get any type of credit or exchange.  

ORDERS NOT PICKED UP,  within 30 days of being notified they are ready, will be donated.  An email is sent through website when email address is provided.  Customers are also "tagged" in the facebook pick up list.  No refunds or store credit will be issued if a customer fails to pick up an order.

SHIP ORDERS:  No refunds will be issued.  Buyer agrees to pay return shipping. For out of town customers, return must be made within 48 HOURS of receipt with all tags secure.  Tracking will be checked.  No exceptions!  

Will not exchange or issue store credit if item is not returned in NEW unworn, unwashed condition.  Items are checked thoroughly for smoke odors and pet smells/hair. 

***If you choose pick up, but actually needed shipping, an invoice is sent.  If unpaid after 30 days, items are donated.
